I am currently an Executive Assistant with various talents with skill sets as a Project Management Coordinator, Event Planner, Document Control, Scheduler, Office Manager and much more! I am a native Oregonian and love living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I will be graduating from Heald College with my A.A.S. in Business Administration October 2012. I have administrative experience from various professional industries and have enjoyed the cumulative knowledge and experience I have learned from each work situation. I currently work in the health care industry and will continue to pursue career development in this field.
In this portfolio, I have included samples of accounting, business writing and concepts, a research report, Microsoft Office expertise, as well as my current resume. The skills I offer are performing various types of high-level administrative work while supporting executives, sales and marketing, project initiative planning, event organization, and customer service. My top strengths are being a pillar of support, proactive, flexible, versatile, and my forte is organization and having a positive attitude and outlook on life.
